No files shown on remote server

Purchased and installed professional version, logs in to remote server and displays correct (url) directory, but no directories or files. Local directory works fine. Previously used free version of smartftp successfully (uninstalled).

I am successfully using home version under a seperate license from home with no issue.

Please post the log from the Remote Browser.

OK. feeling pretty stupid, but I don't know how to find the log file. I could always rearrange windows to see it before, but don't seem to be able to here....

OK - was stupid. Found the log file, below. I see that target machine actively refused connection.
IS target machine my PC or the remote server? Thoughts on why it worked with previous version and not licensed version? Likely a fire wall problem here?

The target machine is the remote server. Try to add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product.

Also try active mode (PORT) as described here:
https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/how- ... de-f1.html

The trial and licensed versions are the same technically.
