Logon failure: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

Problem

When running a scheduled task you get this error:

Logon failure: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. (0x80070569)

Solution

Grant the user Log on as a batch job rights:
KB: How to give a user Log on as a batch job rights

And make sure that the user is not in the Deny Log on as batch job list.
