Problem
Unexpected server reply.
HRESULT error: FTPLIB_E_WRONGREPLY (0x80043106)
Cause
This error occurs when the server returns an error reply or a reply the client did not expect. Further analysis of the server to client communication is required to determine the cause of this error.
Solution
- Enable connection logging
- Locate the connection log file in the log folder: %localappdata%\SmartFTP\Client 2.0\Log\Connection
- Open a support ticket: menu: File - Help - Request Support
- Attach the .log file to the support email
