I can not see my files, they exists but i can not see them

Since November 11 SmartFpt does not showme the content in my files of my website. The cause is unknown
Particularly the content with many files, and is too slow, when before was very fast.

This is very important because I have to send newsletter to my customers, please help me to solve it

- Before the problem I did no anything, not install any programs, not update anything, was suddendly.

The solutions I have tried is these ones
1. to get support from my web hosting (1and1.com, they say my ftp does not have any trouble)
2. I tried from another computer and functions ok everything, i tried with Smartftp and Filezilla and all is OK, so I discarted problems with hosting.

3. I have another domains and files and with them I can connect ok also in my computer, the problem is only with one, in this case ftp.animeforadult.com

4. I made another folder and upload again my site (a new user of ftp) and for a while was ok, but then I upload the files and some folders does not show them

5. Also tried to download the last version of smartftp and does not correct

6. Now I have uninstalled my antivirus (kaspersky) and the problems continues.

7. I do not what else to do, is terrible this problem for me. Please help

I put the log

The problem is that the data connection times out:

My guess it's a network issue. Try active mode:
https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/how- ... de-f1.html

Hi, thanks, I do that, active mode, here is the log
Now says connection refused, then the program try passive mode.

Any idea?

Thanks

You can try to uninstall any other software firewall and antivirus products you have installed.

If this doesn't work I would try to reinstall the operating system (Windows 7).

Have you already rebooted your router/modem?

I have Windows vista Premium.

The modem wireless was reseted.

Do you know why this trouble can be caused?

Is not not fixed still.

what I do not want is to reinstall all my system and the trouble continues, do you do not have experience about this problem?

Thanks for your help, i wait your answer.

Best regards

My friend, you are a monster.

Reset my modem/router and fixed it!! If I have you in front i would give you a kiss.

How did you know that was the problem?

Or why reseting it solve it?

Thanks a lot, i wait your answer just for curiosity.

Thanks a lot!!

Thank you, but I cannot guarantee that the monster turns into a prince :-)

The NAT feature of the router dynamically updates the routing table of the router. This way packets coming from a local IP + port can be routed to the correct remote IP + port. For some reason (e.g. table was full, max entries per IP reached, firmware bug, etc) this was no longer the case. Rebooting the router clears the dynamic routing table.

Excelent, thanks for your help, fast and good!!
