It has functioned flawlessly for years but suddenly will not load any files even though the login details are correct.
I need assistance, please.

I think you have the wrong IP address because there is no FTP server running there:
C:\Users\mb>ftp 67.220.225.120
ftp>

Try it with the host name (ftp.yoursite.xyz) instead.

Ya you can get the information from the internet provider... i think they only help the correct solution for you... Because i already got the best details from my internet provider... Here i got this site http://www.whoisxy.com/ for the Domain name to search the IP address details @ free of costs... i think this site will help to recover the IP address informations for the all sides..
