FTP upload error: SmartFTP v4.0 - Professional

Hi,
I have a problem with FTP uploading.
Using the latest verison of smart ftp 4 pro.
When i try to upload a file (13 KB, very small) to my hosting platform, the task goes in Nooz (or snooz) and I have to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for the transfer to proceed. The speech is very slow: 53 B/s.
for more than one file: the transfer stops after 2 or 3 minutes (failure) randomly. speaking about the transfer from my pc to the hosting space. the other way (hosting->my pc) works ok, but haven't looked at the speed.
I have contacted the support from my hosting provider. They are telling me they ran a test on their side with my account and that everything was fine for them.
I haven't activated any logging process manually. but, maybe they a log file by default? I would like to get traces in order to find where it might come from.
My WYSIWYG application has the same problem: slow upload and stops after a few minutes. (stops = fails)
Can you help me with this please? so, we can find what can be the reason.
A strange point IMHO is that two different applications (smartftp + the wysiwyg) have the same problem. No problem with other hosting platforms.

Summary:
- The upload is not behaving properly. the reason is the connection is lost after a few minutes (paused and will never resume, at least still back to work after 40 minutes).
- Another application has the same problem with the same server.
- The support team from the hosting service didn't manage to reproduce the problem when trying to upload something with my credentials on my platform.
- no problem with another hosting service.
Running the latest update of SmartFTP Pro.

Please post the log from transfer. You can get it by double clicking the file in transfer queue.

And please post the system information from the menu: Help->About "System Information"

Problem solved by reseting the router.

However, when I select multiple folders and files, the transfers don't appear in the log. Instead, I get "200 Zzzz". But, when I scroll down the transfer queue, files ARE uploading. Not helpful to see if it is transferring or not. See logs below.
SmartFTP uploads the folders first and the subfolder contents appear at the bottom of the list. Not easy to find the transfering files. they were in the middle of the list, not at the the top or not at the bottom...

The log you have posted is from the Remote Browser. The remote browser is used for navigation/browsing only.
The transfers are handled by the transfer queue.
