Upload problem - copy and replace won't work

I have done everything the readme file indicates to make sure that the bug is legitimate. Uploads of new files work fine. When I attempt to update an existing file, the copy will not overwrite the old file. Every time I have tried, the old file is the only one that shows. I have even tried deleting all of the files in FTP and my CPANEL and, when I upload the file, still it is the file I wish to overwrite.

I've been having the same trouble since upgrading to the new licence model.

New files upload without issue. I have two files that I update with new data and these come up with "Retry In" when they are on the transfer queue.
Deleting the existing files off the server does not clear the problem. Which after 30 minutes or so will upload correctly.

Try to switch from Passive Mode (PASV) to Active Mode (PORT):

Then make sure that you do not open many concurrent connections to the server since it does not seem to like it (login error):
1. Menu: Windows->Close All
2. Set the number of workers to 1 in the transfer queue
