Unable to transfer files

I need some help. Im not a computer expert so bare with me. Ive been using smart ftp for a bit and have used it to transfer large files. Usually I have had no probelms in the past. Now I have a problem uploading files. I think I am connected as I do get:

[08:38:40] 200 NOOP command successful.
[08:39:10] NOOP
[08:39:10] 200 NOOP command successful.
[08:39:40] NOOP
[08:39:41] 200 NOOP command successful.



Usually in the past all I had to do was match folders and use the upload button or use the drag and paste method...and thigs would work. Now when I do that, its not working.



All I get is Status: Retry at time that is repeated
I look at the speed and nothing is moving

I thought it might be Norton and I chaged my firewall to Allow Smart ftp

What am I doing wrong?

Again not alot of computer experice. I just do the basics. Any help would be appreciated

I think it might have to do how I name the files?

The error message from the server basically tells you everything:
Rename the file. Remove the space.
From:
AB Young Guns.wmv
To:
ABYoungGuns.wmv

Hi I change the files so there are no spacings.


I tried the upload tutorial. But it looks like nothing is moving when I try to transfer stuff.
I have the file in the transfer queue. and I hit start to begin the transfer process...but its not moving.

I try to copy and paste the log...but the box is empty
Status is empty
Avg Speed is empty

what am I doing wrong?

https://www.smartftp.com/download

Then post a screenshot showing the complete SmartFTP window.
