upload problem

I want to upload a 50 mb image file to my photo processor. The upload begins and then errors out after 8 mb. On retry, it errored out at 5mb. I do not have a software firewall, but only a hardware firewall in my dsl router. I turned off WinXP firewall but the problem recurred.

The transfer queue seems to be trying to reconnect but is unsuccessful.

What should I do?

I tried uploading again and was successful. The only thing I did was purchase a license and download a more advanced build. But the server on the receiving end informed me that they were having problems.

I guess I'm ok for now. Thanks
