Upload problem

I installed this program a few weeks ago, and was uploading to my server and everything was fine.

Now I am trying to upload using the queue the file name and descrption appears in the upload directory at zero bites and I just keep getting retries and no success.

I have tired to manually upload 1 file at a time, and get no reation.

I can download a file from the server back down.

I am using Vista, and from the command prompt, i have successflly ftp into my site and uploaded an individual file

I have used another program fpt commander and once i turned off passive mode I was also able to upload.

I am currently in a hotel using their internet, so the individual uploads are working fine....its just the Smart FTP program that I am having issues with

Can you assist.
