Departure
Hello,
I have recently been having trouble uploading to the FTP site. I thought that it may have been a licensing issue, as our trial period had expired, so I purchased a license for the software, but it still has not fixed the problem.
Each time I attempt to upload a file, the log looks like this:
12:48:34] MKD /Maisie/CTH_GFX 1.5.07/MORE_ELEMENTS
[12:48:34] 257 "/Maisie/CTH_GFX 1.5.07/MORE_ELEMENTS" : The directory was successfully created

Although in the last line it appears as if everything is normal, the time counts up next to the progress bar in the log pane, but nothing transfers, even if left to upload overnight.
I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but there is a file on the site which was mistakenly uploaded by one of our camera operators in the field. The file is called, ".pureftpd-upload.45071861.15.1edc.84be4f11" and is 1.99 GB, so I'm sure if it's taking up all of our space on the site, but I cannot delete it.
I can download files from the FTP with no problem, but I need to be able to upload files as well. I have the latest version of the FTP software installed as well.
I would very much appreciate any help that you could provide.
Thank you,
--Mike
