On file exist - Skip doesn't work 100%

I have set "On file Exist" to "Skip" on "FXP", but it doesn't work all the time, way to often it tries to transfer the file, even though the file exist on the server :S

Known bug? Any fixes?

Is it related to upper/lower case mismatch of the filename?
