backup tool -- not installed?

Hi guys, l'm moving over to a new computer running windows 7 -- l've installed smart FTP twice now and neither time is the backup tool included when l go to start-> all programs -> smartftp -> tools .. the only thing in there is a utlitiy called "password recovery". But not the smartftp backup tool that l need to use to import my settings.
