Access denied

Hi,
I have created a folder named upload. There i upload files from a web page. But now i want to be able to download those files from the folder upload to a folder on my PC so that i can view them. It goes through the process but then shows retry status and does this indefinitely. Sometimes access denied is shown on the command area. I wondering was there any way to allow me to download these files by adding permissions or that. Just to say there is no problem with all the other files only those that were uploaded from a web page.

Post the log from the remote browser and from the file in the transfer queue.

Hi. Thank you for replying. I am new to the software and i don't understand how to post the log. I only use copy and paste to upload or download files usually.

The server says that you have no permissions to upload to this folder:
