Post the log from the transfer queue item. Double click the item in the transfer queue (bottom window) and post the log. See the "From Transfer Queue" paragraph at: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/how- ... f2564.html

I'm trying to upload a folder with .php, .gif files and subfolders but i can't see the main folder in the transfer queue. I did get the logs from a Thumbs.db that i found in the transfer queue, this Thumbs.db is not in my original folder. I've aborted the Thumbs.db but the rest of the files/folders keeps re-trying with no success.

I've successfully uploaded the files to another domain on the same server/host. I'm contacting server support now.

Yes, it seemed my reseller package was still set to 1 mb
