No Connecting with 3.x

There seems to be no apparent way to connect to the online server with 3.0. I looked for the "Connect" buttons and there's none. I looked under "file" then checked all other possibilities.

I used to have both panes showing my files on my hard drive AND on my domain, but now my domain is not there and I can't find how to get it to show with the 3.x

Please help me get both a connection and a means of seeing my online files and folders.

File->New Remote Browser

or

menu: Favorites .. then click on your favorite.

Regards,
Mat

Thanks for your assistance. I did as you had instructed, and I have the new window where it's 'tries' to connect. However, now it says it's "unable to resolve host name" and gives the following URL address for help: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/81. I looked there but to no avail. Shouldn't the same settings I used before be the same now?

OK, I followed your suggestion and here's the result of the attempts with my original log on information:

[07:15:48] SmartFTP v3.0.1010.18
[07:15:51] Resolving host name "xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.com - xxxxxxx%xxxxxxx"
[07:15:51] Unable to resolve host name.
[07:15:51] Active Help: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/81
[07:15:52] Connect failed. Waiting to retry (30s)...

Then my attempt using my log on changes. I thought the user name might need changed since my user name was only part of what the info in the host name was:

[07:11:34] SmartFTP v3.0.1010.18
[07:11:39] Resolving host name "xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.com"
[07:11:40] Connecting to 000.000.000.000 Port: 21
[07:11:41] Connected to xxxxxxx.netsolhost.com.
[07:11:41] 220 Serv-U FTP-Server v2.5n for WinSock ready...
[07:11:41] USER xxxxxxx
[07:11:42] 331 User name okay, need password.
[07:11:42] PASS (hidden)
[07:11:42] 530 Not logged in.
[07:11:42] Active Help: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/51
[07:11:42] QUIT
[07:11:42] 221 Goodbye!
[07:11:42] Client closed the connection.

Hope this can indeed be resolved....

Joseph

The username/password you have entered is wrong. Get the corrrect information from your web hosting provider and try again.

I thought it was going to work, but to no avail. I think I've tried every combination.... I've used the username and password that I'm supposed to have and still can't get in. And it's MY domain I'm trying to reach. It's really frustrating.

The same information I used before should work this time; with a new version.... but it's refusing everything.
