421 No Transfer Timeout

Problem

421 No Transfer Timeout (120 seconds): closing control connection. Connection closed.

Cause

The FTP server is set to log you off at the specified idle time limit.

Solution

Enable the Keep Alive feature to help you stay connected. For more information, see KB: How To keep a connection open
