Transfer Queue Database Logger

Database Support

All database products offering a ODBC driver are supported. Specifically the following products have been tested:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher
• MySQL 5.x or higher
• SQLite 3.x
• PostgreSQL 9.x or higher

Buffering

For performance reasons the log rows are buffered and are not immediately inserted into the database. The row buffer is flushed in the following situation:

• During the initialization of the database logger
• When the transfer queue completes
• When the transfer queue is stopped
