How To cancel a subscription

1. Login to the Customer Area
2. Go to the Billing page
3. Click on Cancel subscription

Alternatively, the subscription can also be cancelled in the BlueSnap control panel. The link to the BlueSnap control panel can be found on the Billing page (see 2 above).
