Error with home directory.

HRESULT error: FTPLIB_E_HOMEDIRECTORY (0x8004311a)

Cause

This is an issue on the server. The user's home directory on the server does not exist, lacks the correct permissions or is not configured.

Solution

Contact the server administrator or web hosting provider for assistance. Provide the username, and the server error message which is available in the connection log.
