Tax-exempt order

There are 2 options to place a tax-exempt order:

1. Refund after purchase (Preferred)

1. Place the order online as usual, sales tax will be charged
2. Send the order reference number with a proof of tax-exempt status to sales@smartftp.com
3. A refund for the charged sales tax will be issued

2. Tax-exempt order

If option 1 does not work for you:

For existing customers:

1. Send the order reference number of the last purchase and a proof of tax-exempt status to sales@smartftp.com

For new customers:

1. Start with a shopper registration 
2. Send the order reference number, a proof of tax-exempt status and the exact link to the product you want to buy to sales@smartftp.com
3. After your tax-exempt status has been validated, a special link will be sent to you which allows you to place the order without sales tax
