Application Compatibility Mode

Problem

You get the following error message when starting SmartFTP:
Application compatibility mode detected.

Solution

1. Uninstall SmartFTP from the Control Panel - Program and Features
2. Reboot
3. Install the latest version
4. Disable application copmatibility mode
