The Platform update for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 is required. It can be installed through Windows Update or alternatively downloaded from the Microsoft download center:

This update is already installed if Internet Explorer 10 or higher has been installed as it is a preqrequiste for Internet Explorer.
