Upload Problems

Files do not get transferred or do not seem to show up on the server.

Please follow the steps below to solve your problem:

  1. Download and install the latest version of SmartFTP from:
  2. Take a look at the Upload Tutorial.
  3. If the Transfer Queue (the window at the bottom) is not started yet click on the blue play button to start it.
  4. If the files are stuck in the Transfer Queue double click the first file. A new window with the log opens. Please see the 2nd paragraph of the following article on how to get the log: KB: How to get the logs
