When KeePassRest modifies a KeePass entry, it does not update the entry's Last Modification Time field, nor append to the entry's history tab.
I'd love to use this plugin to interface with KeePass via PowerShell's Invoke-RestMethod function, but those missing features are a deal-breaker for me.
Pretty sure calling Touch(true, false)on the password entry object when modifying it would take care of both of those things.
