Downloaded it few times and tried to install it (v. 3) but after few seconds this "Windows Installer Installation Wrapper" window pops up saying: The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.
a) I don't run windows in safe mode.
How can I enable a proper installation of Windows Installer? All I did is double click on SFTPMSI.exe, a window opened asking if I want to run this file, I confirmed it than that wrapper pops up.
Any ideas? Please help!
