Steps to reproduce:
-Connect to a remote server
-Right click the remote browser > New > File
-Assign to the new file the same name of an existing file
The existing file is overwritten without confirmation, although the 'file exist rule' is correctly set to "ask".
Tested on 3.0.1015.0 and 3.0.1015.1
