Hello ..

Please try it again with the latest version:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

To download a file from a server which doesn't offer directory listing proceed as following:
- Copy&paste the URL into the Transfer Queue
- The file will be added to the Temporary Transfer Queue
- Open the Temporary Transfer Queue (View->Others->Temporary Queue).
- Drag&Drop the item from the Temporary Transfer Queue to the destination (e.g. Local Browser)
- The item is now added to the Transfer Queue
