maximize on 2nd monitor

I use 2 monitors with 2 different resolutions. When maximizing on the second monitor (1600X1200) Version 3 spans off the side of my screen, forcing me to un-maximize to get to the upper-right min/max/close buttons as well as any scroll-bars. Version 2 maximized fine on the second monitor, and Version 3 maximizes fine on my first monitor (1440X900), it is just Version 3 on the second monitor.

Try to use another theme (e.g. Office 2003). To change the theme go to the settings->Interface dialog.

Looks like it is a problem with the Office 2007 and Office 2007 Ribbon themes. Every other theme works fine.
