Smart FTP keeps trying to upload the same file

I'm using v3.0.1011.2 using Secure FTP. When I try to transfer a file I get a message "5 Received bad message 17" and the file is moved to the transfer queue. When I go to the transfer queue and press the play button, it sends it over and over, but keeps getting the same error message. The upload actually works--the file gets to the server--but Smart FTP seems unaware of that and keeps trying to send it.

Hello

Please post the log from the transfer queue item as well. To get it stop the transfer queue. Do the drag&drop operation. Then double click the queue item and then start the transfer queue.

Do you know by any chance what SSH server is running on the server? SSH Tectia?

Hello ..

SmartFTP is not compatible with the SSH server. This is very likely due to a bug with the server software. We can easily fix if you can provide us with a test account on the SSH server or if we can install the SSH server software on our test system. Without it it won't be possible to write a workaround.

The server software running running on the host seems to be a very old version (3.2) of the SSH server from ssh.com. We have tested SmartFTP with their latest version: SSH Tectia 6.0 and we have found no problems. However since I couldn't find version 3.2 anywhere to download the best would be if you can offer us a test account (for 24h is enough). In this time we will be able to figure out the anomaly of the server and write a workaround for it.
