SmartFTP FTP Library - Trial version

Hi there,

Just a simple question.
The help file days: "The trial version expires 30 days after the component compilation date. The compilation date is displayed in the window title of the component setup package."

What will happen then?

Will it just stop working or will I get a message in some way (because it is just a dll) that it is expired and I have to buy a licensed version?

Hello ...

ftpErrorLicense is returned when you call the Connect method of the FTPConnection class. If you look at provided samples (e.g. Samples/Scripts/Download.wsf) you can see how it works. Thus the component will stop working unless you buy a license. I think thats the purpose of a trial period/version
