Transfer Failed

Hello,

I have updated my Smartftp software today as my maintenance licence had expired.

I have tried to upload a file but the it is timing out causing the transfer to fail.

This is the report log:

I have increased my timeout connection, but doesn't seem to make a difference. Please advise. Many thanks.

Hello ...

Try to switch to Active Mode (PORT) instead of Passive Mode (PASV). This may fix the problem. Please post the complete log the next time Thanks.
