Global Queue Uploading problem

I am trying to upload to a server using the global queue and at a certain point in the transfer, the upload will stop, and it will try reconnecting to the server (waiting, retry, waiting, etc.). Eventually, the cycle will stop with a error under 'status' saying file/directory not found. When I connect to the server manually, I can upload for a bit before the connection times out. I know there may be a problem with the actual connection between me and the server but how come SmartFTP cannot resume the upload? This is really getting on my nerves.

I am using version 1.0.981 running Windows XP Pro SP1 on a cable connection.

Post the log from the FTP connection from the queue. Right-click on the queue item and select "Show Log".

And your new system information as well.

How do I show the log from a global queue?

I did that and it is blank.

The exact status is "File and/or Directory not found" (however if I manually connect, everything is where it should be).

Did you try to readd the item to the queue?

Click on the item and then "Show Log" before your start the queue.
