Transfer files between remote hosts. Anyone know how?

I want to transfer my site to a new host.

Does anyone know how I can initiate a direct transfer between the two hosts?

you can do fxp by connecting to two ftp sites at a time and do drag & drop from one remote server window to the other. note that the servers also must support / allow fxp transfers.
