Behind MS ISA Server and cannot FTP

I get the following message:

Resolving host name ftp.rmc-constructors.com...
Connecting to (ftp.rmc-constructors.com) -> IP: 204.174.82.1 PORT: 21
Connection timeout. No response from server.

Any help would be Great.

Go to Menu: Tools->Settings->Proxy and change the proxy type to Socks 4A.

If you are connectiong over a favorite change the optin in the favorite item settings.
Edit Favorites -> Select Favorite Item : Right-click on item and click on Properties.
