Hello i just paid and downloaded the SmartFTP and when i try to install it i get an error it says
"SMARTFTP has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sry for the inconvenience" When i click the data error reprot i get this
"This error report encludes Info about the condition of SmartFTP when the probblem happend the OS version and computer hardware in use ; Your digital Product IS , whitch could be used to identify your licnense, and the IP of your PC
I do not know what do to but i can not install it plz get back with my as soon as you can thanks
