On the FTP server software, make an Anonymous FTP account, which will not require a User Name or Password.
They will simply just need the IP Address or Domain Name of the server.
When they login to this Anonymous FTP account, they won't be restricted to use an FTP client either, they can use
a browser as well to login, such as Internet Explorer, and many other browsers to login to the Anonymous account.
Your best option will be to take a look at the server softwares documentation. This way you can get familiar with how
to set the correct permissions for the Anonymous account, and many other options it will contain.
