I was editing my Favorites in the Favorites Browser when SmartFTP suddenly crashed. I re-started SmartFTP and all my favorites are gone. Ironically, I was just about to back them up when that happened. What's the way to recover them? Please tell me there is a way...this is making me so angry! 
I know they asked to send the system info as well as the license key, but I won't post them here for everyone to see. I am waiting for a Support Rep to contect me for that.
