426 Connection Closed

My 30 day evaluation expired today. I registered that program and now am receiving the following messege:

An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
426 Connection Closed; transfer aborted.

Any thoughts?

I've searched the knowledge base and found this article:

You can enable/disable passive/active mode in the settings dialog at:
Menu: Tools->Settings->Connection "Data Connection Mode"

But there can be other causes for your problem. Please send the full log that we can get a better idea of what is not working.

Do you get this message just after the RETR, STOR or LIST command is sent or after the transfer has started?
