This is an intermittent bug which has happened around 6 times to me.
I copy a file from remote to local by dragging. Then double click the file in the local pane to edit it, then close the file.
I then click on the file in the local pane with the intention of uploading it.
I drag the file to the remote pane and drop
Upon dropping the confirmation dialogue shows the wrong file
If I click to confirm then the wrong file is uploaded.
This is a major problem as I have already overwritten live web databases with old backup copies and had to request my hosts to restore them from their latest backup.
