SSH authentication - Favorite Properties

I am reading article #2637 because I am having trouble connecting to a site that uses SSH authentication with a public/private key. The article says to go to "Favorite Properties", then go to the SSH page.
I am using version 4.0.1207.0
I cannot find the page mentioned in the article. Is it different in this version?
Is there a better article for me to read on the subject?
