I have an FTP user that I am granting access to on one of my web servers.
What I want to know, is there a way to prohibit him from being able to change the file names on the server, but he is able to overwrite the files?
If he changes the file name, the website will not show the file when called upon (.pdf) however he updates these .pdf continually and needs the ability to upload from his computer to the server and overwrite the current file, however I don't want him to be able to change the file name.
In other words, is there a way to allow file transfer but dis-allow the ability to change the name of the file on the server side?
