Upload Errors

I am using version 4.0.1185.0 of SmartFTP on a 64 bit processor running Windows 7 Home Premium. With this latest release, I am getting corrupted modules on upload. I have tried it half a dozen times and one or more modules have been corrupted on upload. I don't know how many modules get corrupted because the process aborts during startup I repeated the process using and everything loaded correctly. The modules appear to be corrupted near or at the end of the code. Some lines are repeated or partially repeated.

Any suggestions?

What protocol do you use?
Are you overwriting the files or do you use the automatic rules?

I've tried both overwriting files and creating new directories. I'm using FTP protocol.

We have no reports of corrupted transfers. Please provide step by step instructions on how to reproduce this problem.
