I keep getting file not found access denied messages, why is this and how do i fix it ?

Check the status of the transfer in the transfer queue at the bottom. Double click the file in the transfer queue to get the transfer log.

Not sure how i do that, do i need to start an upload and then print screen ?

On the screenshot I can see that the files are being uploaded.

Ok when i add an update to the ftp server i always add three new files, free, pay and for instance update 151

previously i would drag the files to be copied into free and pay and they would then go into update 151 but this isnt happening, i've submitted the update three times now and each time the update 151 folder has been empty, do i need to do it differently now this is a newer version ?

I've resubmitted the update but this time i've dragged the files to free and pay as before but then dragged those files to update 151 myself and i'm now waiting for the people i'm uploading too to let me know if it got through ok this time.
