SmartFTP crashes on start

When I try to open SmartFTP, the app crashes without providing any meaningful information. Is there some log I can provide to find out why it crashes?

I have the latest version installed on a Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 machine. SmartFTP has worked on it before.

Thanks for the sugestion, it works!

It would be nice to have some error handling and further information to the user to this particular issue.
