Scheduled Transfer no longer transferring

I've had a scheduled FTP Transfer set to go every day at the end of our work day, and run overnight. It's been working pretty well until a few days ago. Now, when I check the computer in the morning, I see that it appears to be hanging up in the middle of a transfer.

"Waiting for Children to Finish" "Waiting to Retry at..." etc.

I neglected to grab a copy of the log at that point, but I attempted to restart the transfer, and here's the log of what happened:

Try to remove everything from the queue and then try again. If this doesnt work try to reproduce the problem on Windows 7.

I'll give that a try, but I don't think I'll be able to reproduce it on Windows 7. We don't have any computers in the office with Windows 7 installed.
