4.0.1160.0 missing scroll bars

I've upgraded to 4.0.1160.0 and now the scroll bars on the file side of both the remote and the host are missing. Have no clue how to manage them.

Not only did it fix it, 4.0 looks totally different, smooth edges, more color, before more gray's and the scroll's are back.
I also have in the add/remove programs in the control panel, a listing for smartftp 3.0, can I remove that successfully now?

Yes you can remove version 3.0.
