Problem Starting Application

Hi there,
got some Problem when starting smartFTP.
The Application splashscreen is comming up, but thats all.

I tryed to reinstall, repair but nothing will help.

Some Ideas?

installed on Windows 7 64

i delete the RegKey.
But my problem still exist.

It turned out out that the problem was an old language addon that has not been correctly uninstalled. The solution was to uninstall the German language addon through the Control Panel.

Can you give more details on how to uninstall the German language add-on? I haven't been able to use my program for a few months now. I didn't see an option in the Control panel / Add-remove Software to uninstall any German language add-ons

Delete the following folder: %ProgramFiles%\SmartFTP Client\de-de

If you are unable to delete it, open a command line as admin. cd %ProgramFiles%\SmartFTP Client\
and then type regsvr32.exe sfShellTools.dll
Restart your computer
delete the de-de folder
