Unable to log in

I've used the SmartFTP software for years.
A month ago it was timing out before we could get on.
New authorization key purchased, new build,
all were for naught for while, then we could use it again.
Starting 3 days ago I couldn't log in.
Haven't changed anything, haven't done anything now the password doesn't work.
Didi as I was told and went to the provider, IPower, got a new password to get on my control panel,
then got the password for the ftp.
Entered it on the ftp program
No good. Same 530 error message.
I need to get my newsletter out.
Please help.
