downloading progress always keeps in 100%

Dear,

We have met this strange case sometimes.

the downloading progress bar shows " 100 % " .. ( did not disappear ) .

and we can watch the downloading file's size is increased continiously.. larger and larger..

I would assume that the file on the server is growing or that the server keeps on sending data.
